Find us in the little fishing village of Uig, situated in the north of the Isle of Skye on the incredible Trotternish Peninsula. With a lively, well stocked bar, delicious small plates restaurant and three boutique guest rooms, we’re a family run Inn with a passion for providing the perfect base for our guests to explore the beautiful island of Skye. Whether you are staying in our lovely rooms, popping by for an evening cocktail or enjoying a leisurely dinner – come and join us at the Ferry Inn.
We are centrally positioned on the southwest-facing Uig Bay directly off the A87, with a fantastic view towards the Waternish peninsula out over the crofts and water. Watch the Ferry to the Outer Hebrides and the fishing boats come and go from a window seat, or if the Scottish sun is shining, our garden makes the perfect perch for an evening drink or three.
Uig is an ideal location from which to explore the Isle of Skye and especially the famous Trotternish Ridge, with its spectacular scenery, museums, wildlife and walks.
